CryoPlus marks 30+ years of providing cryogenic services to a multitude of industries, including: wood working (forestry/chipping/planing/moulding/cabinetry), metal working (tooling/cutting tools/slitting/punching/cold forming/shearing/sawing), a multitude of industrial applications, musical instruments and components, and motor sports.

For wood and metal working clients:
CryoPlus works closely with end users to decrease tooling costs and downtime, reduce maintenance, and increase throughput, thereby giving them a competitive advantage in their respective marketplace. We will select a cryogenic profile specifically designed around your part’s dimensions, alloy, and application(s). We can treat new or used parts, including those with special coatings.

For musical instrument/component clients:
CryoPlus will tailor fit a cyrogenic profile attuned to your instrument or component and its intrinsic attributes. We can treat new or used instruments and components.

For Motorsports clients:
CryoPlus will dive deeply into your application to ensure we fully understand your needs. We will then select a cryogenic profile specifically designed around your component’s dimensions, applications, and materials. We speak performance and have real life experience with the extreme conditions your parts are subject to. We can treat new or used parts, including those with special coatings.

CryoPlus uses a recently renovated, state-of-the-art, cryogenic processor. It is engineered for maximum performance and efficiency while offering an 8,000-pound load capacity within a 60” x 32” x 25” envelope. It is designed to provide for the complete conversion of retained austenite to martensite as well as a reduction of defects within the crystal structure. The end result is a more durable product.

The company is led by Dr. Finkelshteyn and has additional multi-disciplined engineers on staff. The total engineering experience within CryoPlus exceeds 100 years! CryoPlus furthermore has an extremely broad network of leading engineering resources to draw from. CryoPlus is an internationally recognized cryogenic service provider.

General information relating to Deep Cryogenic Treatment (DTC) services:

• All orders will incur a minimum charge of $40, unless otherwise quoted.
• Prices include an 8-hour dry soak at -300°F with a temper, unless otherwise quoted.
• Prices do not include shipping costs to, or from, our treatment facility. Note that CryoPlus has negotiated superb rates with UPS and FedEx for all return shipments and we gladly extend these savings to our clients.
• CryoPlus typically utilizes the original packaging materials for return shipments. Additional charges for materials and labor will be incurred if your packaging has been damaged in transit and beyond use.
• All parts are identified as being treated by the application of a small indelible ink logo. This ensures DCT parts are easily identified. The ink is easily removed with most mild solvents. Please advise if you do not want your parts identified.
• Inside dimensions of the processor are 60" x 25" x 32".
• High value, lightweight items require consultation with our metallurgist to assure proper treatment.
• All credit card and PayPal payments will incur a 3.0% processing fee.
•  Parts to be treated must be clean and free of any oil or grease. A cleaning surcharge will be added for parts arriving with excessive oil or grease. CryoPlus can also apply post-treatment rust/corrosion prevention coatings. Please reach out if you have any questions.
